ABOUT ME
Being diagnosed with ADHD was, at first, a disheartening experience; the stigmas often attached to the disorder made me feel as if I had a target on my back.
Fortunately, I chose the path of learning more about how my brain works. In fact, I devoured every article I could find on ADHD. It was as if unknown authors were describing my life in every detail—I was amazed. By owning my ADHD I learned more about myself than I had previously known. I am not broken—I’m unique, creative, and resourceful. I have many strengths and abilities and they serve me and my circle of influence quite well.
The experience was so enlightening, I became impassioned to help others undertake the same wonderful journey of discovery through ADHD Coaching.
Understanding ADHD and learning about oneself through its lens is critical—even empowering.

TAKING OWNERSHIP
My own struggles with ADHD continue, but I’ve learned there are strengths that accompany my disorder. While I’ve never been able to quietly sit and listen to something I find uninteresting, I’ve learned if I channel my tendency to hyperfocus on topics I find compelling,
I can accomplish amazing things.
